What is Blueprint?

Blueprint is a unique set of features only for Chase customers. Each feature works differently to help you manage your spending and borrowing on your terms. And Blueprint is free. Blueprint's four features:

Full Pay—Avoid paying interest on categories you choose when you pay them off in full each month. Split—Pay off a large purchase. Set a goal date or monthly payment. Finish It—Pay down your balance faster. Choose your terms. We do the math and set up your plan. Track It—See your spending trends at a glance and track your progress against goals.

Set up your Blueprint plan and track your progress online and on every statement.

And if you miss a Blueprint payment your account will stay in good standing as long as you still pay your minimum payment due and keep your other promises.

Is there a fee associated with Blueprint?

No, Blueprint is available to you at no charge.

Can I set up more than one Blueprint feature?

Yes, you can set up one or all of Blueprint’s features. So, use as many as you want, the features are designed to work together—giving you more control and flexibility to manage your finances.

What is a Blueprint payment?

Your Blueprint payment is the amount you pay each month to stay on track with your Blueprint plans. It also includes your account minimum payment due.

Which means you only need to make one payment a month to meet your minimum due. And stay on track toward reaching your goals.

Is the Blueprint payment different than my minimum payment?

Your Blueprint payment includes your minimum payment. It also includes the plans you’ve created for each feature you’re enrolled in.

So, when you pay your total Blueprint payment amount you’re not only satisfying your minimum payment but also making progress on your financial goals.

Do I have to pay my Blueprint payment?

No, you only have to pay your regular minimum payment by its due date.

Blueprint is designed to help you manage your spending and borrowing—on your terms. The plans are set up for you to use as a guide. And you can always change the plans you’ve set up anytime.

What if I miss a Blueprint payment?

As long as you still pay your minimum payment due, and keep your other promises, your account will stay in good standing.

Things can change. And so can your plans. Adjust your plans anytime without penalty.

Can a plan be removed from my account?

If you can’t make your plan payments, or your account is placed in default or closed, then your plan may be removed from your account.

How can I use Blueprint and set up plans?

You can easily set up your plans by logging into your Chase account or through a customer service advisor. Select the feature you’d like to set up and follow the simple instructions to get started.

How can I keep track of my Blueprint plan and monitor my progress?

Your progress is visible with every payment you make online and on every statement.

Can I make changes or cancel my Blueprint plans?

Yes. Through your online Chase account or a customer service advisor you can change or cancel your plans at any time—without penalties or fees.

What is Full Pay?

Full Pay is a feature designed to help you avoid interest on the categories you choose—even when you carry a balance..

You can choose the categories you want to pay in full each month. We’ll separate them out on each statement. You will avoid interest on those purchases when you pay them off in full in each month—even when you carry a balance.

Is there a fee associated with Full Pay?

No, Full Pay is available to you at no charge.

I’d like to set up a Full Pay plan; how do I get started?

You can easily set up your plans by logging into your Chase account or through a customer service advisor.

Can I select more than one Full Pay purchase category?

Yes, it’s up to you. Pick as many purchase categories as you’d like to pay off in full each month.

How do I make payments toward my Full Pay plan?

Your Full Pay payment amount is part of your total Blueprint payment. Make the one Blueprint payment and it’ll automatically go toward the Full Pay plan you’ve set up.

And with every Blueprint payment made, your statement will show you your progress on your Full Pay plan. So you always know where you stand.

Can a Full Pay plan be removed from my account?

Blueprint is a program designed to help you manage your card finances on your terms. You should make your full Blueprint payment to stay on track with your plans and to ensure that the plans remain on your account.

If your account is in default or you do not consistently make your Full Pay payment, we'll remove the plan from your account. The remaining balance associated with your plan will move back into your purchase balance.

How can I keep track of my Full Pay plan and monitor my progress?

You’ll be able to see your Full Pay plan separated out along with your progress online and on every statement.

Can I make changes or cancel my Full Pay plan?

Yes. Simply call the number on the back of your Chase card and a customer service advisor can change or cancel your Full Pay plan at any time—without penalties or fees.

Split is a feature designed to help you create a custom plan to pay off a large purchase.

Simply decide how much you want to pay each month or how fast you want to pay it off. We’ll do the math for you. And you can clearly see your plan and payment progress separated out for you on every statement.

No, Split is available to you at no charge.

I’d like to set up a Split plan; how do I get started?

You can easily set up your plans by logging into your Chase account or through a customer service advisor.

Can I set up a Split plan for future purchases?

No, to set up a plan you can only select purchases from your current and previous statement. Split plans are for large purchases you’ve already made.

What is Track It?

Track It is a feature designed to help you keep an eye on your spending.

At a glance, you can review your spending history and set up spending goals for types of purchases you’re interested in tracking. Once set up, you can check out your progress against your goals anytime online.

Is there a fee associated with Track It?

No, Track It is available to you at no charge.

I’d like to view my spending history and set up budgets. How do I get started?

You can set up your budgets in your online Chase account. Just login to your account on www.Chase.com/Blueprint and follow the simple instructions to get started.

How up-to-date is Track It?

Track It updates as your account does. And any purchase you’ve made since your last statement will be automatically included in your Track It plans. So you can track real progress online against your goals.

When can I monitor the progress on my Track It budgets?

Immediately. Once you’ve set up Track It you’ll be able to see the budgets you’ve chosen–along with your progress toward meeting those goals.

Can I make changes to my Track It budgets?

Yes. Easily make any changes to your Track It budgets through your online Chase account whenever you’d like–without penalties or fees.
